Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and of Qora One CRM and Qora One GST, provided by The BrightQ Solutions Pvt Ltd ("BrightQOne", "we").

Using our products

• You are responsible for the accounts you create and for keeping sign-in details safe.
• You own the data you put into our products. We process it only to provide the service.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period chosen. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. You can change or cancel a plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Compliance

Our products help you prepare GST documents and reports. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your filings with the authorities.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let account owners know in advance.
