Cancellation & refunds

This page explains how payment, cancellation and refunds work for Qora One CRM and Qora One GST, provided by The BrightQ Solutions Pvt Ltd ("BrightQOne", "we"). It follows our terms of service.

Free plans

Qora One GST has a Lifetime Free plan. It needs no payment and no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, in Indian rupees. Taxes are added as stated on the pricing page.
• You receive a tax invoice for every payment.

Cancelling

• You can cancel or change a plan at any time.
• After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Your plan does not renew after that.
• Your data stays yours. Ask us before the period ends if you would like an export.

Refunds

Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we did not provide the service as described.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, write to info@brightqone.com with your invoice number. We reply within one working day. An approved refund is returned to the account or card you paid from.

How the service is delivered

Qora One is software you use online and in our apps. Nothing is shipped. Your account is ready to use as soon as it is set up, and a paid plan applies as soon as the payment is confirmed.
