Who is Qora One CRM built for?
Solar EPC and rooftop installation companies. Sales, project, purchase, accounts, HR, installer and service teams all work in the same app, and each role has its own dashboard.
Does it handle PM Surya Ghar subsidy and net metering?
Yes. Subsidy tracking, DISCOM net meter installation and the full 17-phase project workflow are built in.
Will managers see everyone's data?
No. By default each person sees their own records and their reporting line's. Company-wide access is a permission you grant on purpose.
Do you track employees' location all day?
No. Attendance uses a GPS check-in. A live location is shared only when a manager requests it from someone who is on duty.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Field teams use the Android app, and the office uses the web app on any computer.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. We set up your company, roles and reporting structure, import your data and train each team.
Can we import our existing customers and leads?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheets and we import them during setup.
Is our data safe?
